What you will do

• Work directly with co-founders on priorities, execution, and technical direction.
• Act as the glue between engineering and product for team and project alignment.
• Lead greenfield projects to build new products using LLMs and AI technologies.
• Provide technical mentorship and leadership to engineers.
• Plan and run engineering sprints for predictable, high-quality delivery.
• Stay hands-on by coding, reviewing, and debugging complex issues.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation and comfortable staying close to the codebase.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and maintain high quality and efficiency.
• Experience in taking meaningful ownership over execution and technical direction.
• Must be based in EMEA, LATAM or North America.
• English: B2 required.
