Location: Melbourne, VIC, Australia; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from a preferred location

What you will do

• Lead the identification, development, and implementation of FICO strategy opportunities across Collections & Recoveries.
• Collaborate with analytics and IT teams to ensure accounts flow through the collections system as designed.
• Drive continuous optimisation of collections strategies within FICO.
• Manage the Collections & Recoveries technology roadmap from an operational perspective.
• Lead technology improvement, AI integration, vendor oversight, and strategic operational initiatives.

Requirements

• Established experience managing technology improvement and AI implementation within collections operations.
• Experience overseeing vendors in collections operations.
• Ability to balance commercial performance, customer experience, and regulatory integrity.
• Strong leadership skills focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Excellent collaboration skills across analytics, IT, and other cross-functional teams.
