What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, formulate diagnoses, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to developmental stages.
• Provide evidence-based treatment and medication management for conditions like anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders.
• Foster family-centered care by educating families, involving them in planning, and guiding home support measures.
• Deliver virtual psychiatric sessions via video, ensuring high-quality experiences and regular communication.
• Collaborate in team meetings, contribute to care planning, and provide consultative support to other providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation, use data analytics to improve outcomes, and ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Board-certified or -eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist with an active license in at least one state
• Computer and live video tools literacy (e.g., Zoom, Google Meets, DoxyMe, Skype)
• Demonstrated family engagement skills and experience with children, adolescents, and young adults
• Commitment to JCAHO guidelines and competency in accredited frameworks for safety, quality, and compliance
