GTM Software Engineer (TypeScript/Python)

Location: Copenhagen, Denmark; four days per week in the office and one day working from home by default.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain frontend and backend functionality, with a focus on the onboarding experience.
• Build integrations and data pipelines connecting the product, CRM, marketing systems, web data, and data warehouse.
• Design maintainable and scalable data models and pipelines for business growth.
• Improve data quality and reliability across connected systems.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions instead of short-term fixes.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or in a closely related technical role.
• Experience with modern programming languages and the ability to learn new languages.
• Experience with Git and modern development practices such as CI/CD.
• Good understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience building or maintaining data pipelines, ETL processes, or similar systems.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical colleagues, plus sound technical judgment when using agent-based LLM coding tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with TypeScript, Python, Scala, or similar languages.
• Experience with AWS or another major cloud platform.
• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
