What you will do

• Design and implement new features for the IRIS military messaging platform.
• Maintain and improve legacy backend codebases.
• Produce technical documentation and design specifications for the team.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
• Contribute to technical assessments during the hiring process.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Relevant technical degree or equivalent education.
• Proficiency in at least one object-oriented language (Java, C, C++, C#, or JavaScript).
• Must have lived in a NATO or EU country for the past 7 years.
• Must be able to present a clean criminal record for security clearance.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
