Senior Utility Technician

Location: Bulgari Resort Ranfushi, Maldives; onsite facility maintenance role

What you will do

• Install, maintain, inspect, calibrate, and recommend replacement of tools, appliances, controls, gauges, meters, and other equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to guest repair requests.
• Complete fire-pump and generator run tests and inspect fire sprinkler valves and alarm systems.
• Manage parts, supplies, inventory records, and purchase-order logs.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, coaching, and supervising employees.
• Support disaster-response protocols, safety compliance, quality standards, and facility-efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Technical, trade, or vocational school degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs or service ramps, and perform physical maintenance tasks for extended periods.
• Clear and professional communication and compliance with safety and security procedures.
