Principal, Product Management (Search & Discovery)

What you will do

• Define the strategy and direct execution for the Taiwan Search and Discovery stack.
• Lead the development of high-quality search experiences using AI/ML technologies.
• Hire and develop Product Managers and Product Analysts with expertise in ML-based systems.
• Review product metrics, improve performance visibility, and optimize the Search and Discovery portfolio.
• Develop innovative solutions with stakeholders for business problems and support complex cross-team programs.
• Partner with engineering and hirify.global managers to deliver strategic and technical initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in ML product management, including product vision development, delivery, and execution.
• Experience with Search and Discovery customer experiences and ML stacks.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work in a global, fast-paced, data-driven, cross-functional environment.
• Demonstrated business judgment, communication, and influence skills, including executive-level reviews.
• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on tactical execution.
