What you will do
- Own the search experience in the Core Consumer organisation.
- Lead product work on query understanding, autosuggestions, and AI/ML problems in search.
- Explore conversational and agentic search experiences that help customers make decisions.
- Improve search across DoorDash, , and Deliveroo, including multiple languages and market-specific query behaviour.
- Develop a roadmap covering global platform problems, EMEA capabilities, and market-specific search needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in consumer products or in a relevance- or ranking-driven consumer experience.
- Fluency with search measurement and the ability to improve search performance.
- Strong product judgment supported by data literacy and customer insight.
- Strategic thinking across long-term domain direction and near-term product delivery.
- Experience working closely with ML and engineering teams on relevance and ranking.
- Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and local market teams across multiple brands and markets.
