Events and Partnerships Manager, MENA (Crypto): Building and executing Binance’s regional events calendar, sponsorships, and brand partnerships across MENA with an accent on event operations, partner strategy, and end-to-end activation delivery. Focus on developing business cases, negotiating with vendors and partners, managing budgets, and measuring event ROI while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
Location: Based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates; responsible for the MENA region

What you will do
- Manage regional events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships from planning and evaluation through end-to-end execution.
- Develop event concepts, agendas, timelines, project plans, budgets, and deliverables aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Coordinate flagship events with Growth, Community, Social, PR, Brand, and Global Events teams.
- Build strategic partnerships with regional brands and lead go-to-market plans for each activation.
- Manage vendors and agencies, track budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure delivery on time and on budget.
- Measure post-event performance against OKRs, report results, and improve ROI.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience planning and executing events, sponsorships, and brand partnerships in the MENA region.
- Experience in fintech, technology, or crypto is highly preferred.
- Strong project management, negotiation, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience evaluating proposals, developing partner pitches and business cases, securing leadership approval, and managing end-to-end delivery.
- Fluent English is required for coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours around key events.
