What you will do

• Develop and manage the marketing strategy and growth plan for the Uzbek market.
• Identify marketing research needs and propose hypotheses for testing.
• Manage marketing budgets and analyze cost effectiveness.
• Support the commercial team with marketing initiatives.
• Track and influence product awareness, sales growth, and brand loyalty metrics.
• Collaborate with creative teams and agencies on marketing campaigns and develop new online and offline promotion channels.

Requirements

• 5+ years of marketing experience.
• Experience managing budgets and conducting cost analysis.
• Experience organizing 360° advertising campaigns and marketing events from brief to execution.
• Strong understanding of marketing research and marketing technologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to clearly justify and defend a point of view.
