What you will do

  • Own paid acquisition strategy and budget across ad platforms, mobile/crypto networks, affiliate/CPA, and KOL partnerships.
  • Launch and optimize campaigns personally to ensure high-quality traffic and performance.
  • Manage key performance metrics including CAC, ROAS, cost per funded account, retention, and LTV.
  • Build and lead a team of local market managers to drive community growth and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to optimize the user funnel and resolve attribution gaps.

Requirements

  • Proven performance marketing or UA experience in fintech, such as investment platforms, neobanks, or cards.
  • Hands-on operator experience managing major ad platforms directly.
  • Experience leading distributed or local teams across multiple markets.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in attribution, cohort analysis, and unit economics.
  • Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem and user behavior.

Nice to have

  • Direct experience in the crypto industry.
