Quantity Surveyor (NEC contracts and nuclear infrastructure): Providing pre-contract commercial support, managing tenders and live contracts, and completing cost audits and final accounts with an accent on procurement strategy, NEC contract management, and accurate commercial records. Focus on developing contract documentation, progressing multiple tenders, auditing defined costs against the Schedule of Cost Components, and making independent commercial decisions across Sellafield projects.
Location: Cheshire, with regular office work required and a daily commutable distance necessary. Applicants must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do
- Develop procurement and commercial strategies with project demanders.
- Prepare contract documentation and lead tendering processes.
- Manage and progress additional tenders in line with the procurement pipeline.
- Manage live contracts and maintain accurate records in CEMAR, ATAMIS, and the Procurement Plan.
- Conduct actual cost audits against the Schedule of Cost Components.
- Complete final accounting for multiple contracts.
Requirements
- Solid experience in NEC contract management.
- Ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and make sound commercial decisions.
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Must be located within daily commuting distance of the Cheshire office.
