Focus on auditing inspections, mentoring electrical engineers, developing remedial scopes, and maintaining consistent quality across client reports.

is hiring for an electrical inspection, compliance, and remedial works function.
What you will do
- Review and quality-assure completed Electrical Installation Condition Reports before client submission.
- Verify C1, C2, C3, and FI coding against BS 7671 requirements.
- Review remedial recommendations, scopes of work, quotations, specifications, and completed works certification.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, coaching, and toolbox talks for electrical inspectors and installation engineers.
- Carry out technical audits and site inspections while monitoring recurring quality issues and technical performance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Scheduling, and Commercial teams on remedial programmes, procedures, documentation, and contract mobilisation.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2365 Inspection & Testing or equivalent.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and knowledge of BS 7671.
- ECS Gold Card.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong leadership, organisation, attention to detail, technical objectivity, and customer focus.
