Module Engineer (ATE)

Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam; 12-hour rotational shifts, 4 days per week, as required by business needs.

What you will do

• Own high-volume manufacturing equipment and processes supporting device miniaturization and integrated circuit production.
• Conduct equipment and process tests and measurements to control critical dimensions and process-line defectivity.
• Implement equipment and process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, yield, and cost performance.
• Execute equipment maintenance, repairs, installation, conversion, and qualification during factory ramps.
• Develop excursion-prevention systems and detect discrepant materials or equipment activities.
• Transfer technology to manufacturing sites worldwide through training, audits, and qualification matching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation Control, or a related technical discipline.
• Knowledge of schematic and electronic circuitry interpretation.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work onsite in Ho Chi Minh City on a 12-hour rotational shift pattern, 4 days per week.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage multiple assignments, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience with data analysis using SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
• Training and experience with industry-standard ATE tester and handler equipment, such as Teradyne FLEX, Advantest V93K, or HonPrec handlers.
• Experience developing and sustaining test programs, preventive maintenance, continuous improvement programs, and hardware/application integrations.
