Mechanical HVAC Modeller

What you will do

• Develop and coordinate 3D mechanical HVAC models using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Model projects from concept design through construction documentation and support project delivery.
• Coordinate with engineers and modellers across disciplines to produce integrated designs.
• Prepare detailed drawings and documentation in line with Australian standards and client requirements.
• Set up projects, create and edit Revit families, schedule equipment, coordinate multiple disciplines and perform clash detection.
• Participate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiatives while taking ownership of coordination, documentation and modelling.

Requirements

• Proven and progressive Revit MEP experience in the building services industry.
• Essential working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC systems and relevant Australian codes and standards.
• Experience in building services and/or major infrastructure projects.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.

Nice to have

• Navisworks and clash detection experience.
• Revizto experience.
