Senior Electrical Engineer

What you will do

• Design and execute electrical engineering projects for healthcare, sports, laboratory, commercial, industrial, and precinct-level infrastructure.
• Develop, evaluate, recommend, and specify engineered electrical systems and products for buildings and infrastructure.
• Lead design teams through the full project lifecycle, including client meetings, multidisciplinary coordination, site services, and field reviews.
• Take ownership of projects from start to finish, meeting objectives and prioritizing sustainable solutions.
• Support project planning, resource optimization, timelines, budgets, coaching, and continuous team improvement.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience designing electrical systems in the building industry.
• At least 4 years of experience designing directly in Revit, plus previous Revit experience.
• Bachelor’s degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Electrical Engineering under the Australian Qualifications Framework.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and electrical drawings with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of energy modeling and calculations, along with strong report writing, communication, consulting, and advisory skills.
• Advanced interpersonal, client communication, and coaching abilities, with a collaborative and growth-oriented approach.

• Experience working on airport fit-out projects.
