What you will do

• Support regional sales goals under the direction of the regional sales manager or country director.
• Market hirify.global products using a consultative sales approach for current and prospective surgeons.
• Provide technical support and consultation during surgeries and operative procedures.
• Educate and train surgeons, doctors, and operating-room staff on product applications and indications.
• Monitor market needs, business trends, and competitor activity while maintaining product and surgical-technique knowledge.
• Support customer service, administrative coordination, expense reporting, events, and congress participation.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch is required.
• Ability to provide after-hours and weekend case support when necessary.
• Ability to maintain required privileges at hospitals.
• Ability to interpret technical, mathematical, and diagram-based instructions and draw valid conclusions from collected data.
• Accurate use of Word, Excel, charting, flow-charting, and graphing tools.
• Commitment to applicable company policies, medical-device industry codes, and governmental regulations.

Nice to have

• Spinal device sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree.
