Clinical Technology Specialist (Medical Technology)

Location: Houston, TX, USA; onsite work at assigned healthcare facilities

What you will do

• Set up and operate surgical technologies before and during procedures.
• Provide technical equipment guidance to surgeons and medical staff.
• Complete preoperative checklists, sterilization, equipment calibrations, and required documentation.
• Load and transport surgical technologies to healthcare facilities, with daily driving and occasional overnight travel.
• Follow vehicle-operation, workplace, and laser-safety procedures.
• Build professional relationships with healthcare partners while providing responsive customer service.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver's license with no major violations required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability for early mornings, evening cases, occasional weekends, and overnight travel.
• Ability to push, pull, and manipulate medical equipment weighing more than 50 pounds.
• Ability to frequently bend, stoop, sit, and stand for extended periods.
• Basic computer and smartphone proficiency, independent working ability, strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Medical, EMT, surgical technologist, or military experience.
• Experience working long days and unpredictable schedules.
