Senior Procurement Professionals (Procurement): Managing strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, contracts, tenders, governance, and procurement improvement across complex, regulated, and project-based environments with an accent on commercial advice, supplier performance, and compliance. Focus on optimizing spend, improving procurement processes, and supporting stakeholder decisions while maintaining Australian Defence security clearance requirements.

Requirements

  • Senior-level experience in procurement across strategic sourcing, supplier and subcontractor management, or contract and commercial management.
  • Experience with market engagement, competitive tendering, procurement governance, compliance, and reporting.
  • Experience in spend analysis, cost optimization, supplier performance, process improvement, or digital transformation.
  • Ability to build strong relationships, provide commercial advice, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Experience in complex, highly regulated, or project-based environments is valued.
  • Must hold and maintain an active Baseline Defence Security Clearance.
