Procurement Category Manager - HR Services

Location: Hybrid; working arrangements are open for discussion. Workation is available from any hirify.global location for up to 4 weeks per year within the EU.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain category strategies for an annual HR services spend portfolio of approximately €60 million.
• Lead end-to-end RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and competitive tenders, including supplier selection and commercial evaluation.
• Negotiate supplier agreements, deliver savings, improve commercial terms, and support contract drafting and renegotiation with Legal.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Partner with HR leadership and stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and Operations to identify procurement opportunities.
• Increase spend under management, contract coverage, governance, and compliance across HR-related categories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience, including strategic sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and working independently in an international environment.
• Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

• Experience in HR services procurement categories.
• Experience managing international suppliers.
• Familiarity with procurement tools, spend analytics, and sourcing platforms.
