Product Delivery Lead (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in San Mateo, California, United States; domestic and international travel may be required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end partner implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, validation, launch, and impact measurement.
• Translate partner goals into durable product configurations and repeatable implementation patterns.
• Investigate data, test integrations, and resolve complex implementation issues independently.
• Develop deep expertise in a core product area and identify cross-product opportunities across the platform.
• Connect product configuration to outcomes such as retention, advisor capacity, and student success for different partner personas.
• Feed recurring issues and precise product feedback to Product and Engineering while improving implementation quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS implementation, solutions engineering, or a similar partner-facing delivery role.
• Experience owning a product area and becoming its primary subject-matter expert.
• Strong implementation architecture instincts and the ability to design for underlying partner needs.
• Technical fluency with data queries, integrations, troubleshooting tools, CSVs, spreadsheets, and query editors.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build credibility with partners and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
