Sr Technical Program Manager - Cybersecurity Strategy

Salary: $100,000–$132,000 base salary annually, plus potential performance bonus, benefits, and other applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead strategic execution and delivery for cross-functional cybersecurity or IT programs.
• Manage timelines, risks, action items, competing priorities, and resource needs across multiple complex projects.
• Communicate with and influence Security and IT leadership, engineers, and cross-disciplinary stakeholders.
• Design progress metrics, track program initiatives, and promote learning from successes and failures.
• Develop and improve templates supporting programs, projects, and enterprise-wide processes.
• Apply technical security fluency to shape strategy, guide architectural trade-offs, and translate complexity for executive and business audiences.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in program management, client services, management consulting, or a similar role at a technology company.
• Required experience running cybersecurity or IT programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep knowledge of program management practices and tools across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Technical aptitude with system architectures, reliability, scalability, and design trade-offs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical requirements for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of information security frameworks such as NIST, PCI-DSS, or HITRUST.
