Security Officer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid, preferably based in Stockholm, or working from a hub in Copenhagen, Oslo, Berlin, Amsterdam, or Brno

What you will do

• Implement and monitor security controls, including building automations to verify their continuous operation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on tooling for control monitoring and automated security reviews.
• Maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines, and support internal and external audits.
• Support risk assessments, maintain the risk register, and coordinate incident response documentation.
• Support security awareness training and create clear security guidance for employees.

Requirements

• Experience in information security, compliance, or operational security within an established framework.
• Technical ability to perform log analysis, manage security tools, configure infrastructure, and assure secure configurations.
• Knowledge of SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001 clauses, Annex A controls, and ISMS structures, particularly their technical implementation and monitoring.
• Ability to explain complex security requirements clearly and provide practical stakeholder guidance.
• Analytical thinking and a high-level understanding of system architecture.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with eIDAS, TSP, GDPR, CRA, and other EU regulatory requirements and their technical implementations.
• Experience coordinating small workstreams and tracking action items with Jira.
