Chief Product Security Officer (CPSO)

Location: Solna, Sweden. Travel is part of the role. Security vetting is required, and additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

What you will do

• Define and drive product security strategy across hirify.global’s products, technologies, and business areas.
• Establish and lead a product security capability with a team of technical specialists.
• Embed security-by-design and secure-by-default principles across the product lifecycle.
• Build a Secure Development Lifecycle covering security analysis, secure architecture, and vulnerability management.
• Monitor product security regulations, assurance requirements, KSF, ISK, NATO requirements, and other applicable standards.
• Drive security awareness, education, stakeholder alignment, and trusted relationships with customers, authorities, regulators, and industry partners.

Requirements

• Typically 10+ years of experience in product security, cybersecurity, or secure systems development, including leadership experience.
• Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• Knowledge of NIST, KSF, the Cyber Resilience Act, and other relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
• Deep expertise in threat modelling, cryptography, secure architectures, and vulnerability management for complex, embedded, or security-critical systems.
• Ability to define enterprise-level security strategies and communicate effectively with engineers, executives, business areas, customers, authorities, and partners.
• Successful completion of security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply where security clearance is required.
