TSP Security Officer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Stockholm or remote within the EU; EU location is mandatory. Hybrid work is listed for the Stockholm location.

What you will do

• Manage eIDAS and ETSI compliance by developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies and procedures.
• Support the design and implementation of new features and products that comply with eIDAS requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments for electronic identification and trust services.
• Lead security incident response and maintain technical incident response plans.
• Guide security technology implementation and maintain documentation for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and participate in trust services industry forums and working groups.

Requirements

• Experience in information security or a compliance-driven role, preferably in trust services, electronic signatures, or another regulated technology industry.
• Strong knowledge of eIDAS, ETSI standards including EN 319 401, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience conducting formal risk assessments and maintaining technical incident response plans.
• Experience preparing organizations for external security audits and managing security documentation.
• Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder communication, collaboration, diplomacy, and project coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Participation in industry forums or working groups related to trust services.
• Experience evaluating and recommending security technology enhancements to meet evolving regulatory standards.
