What you will do
- Act as a trusted cybersecurity advisor for a strategic Nordic and Baltic national critical infrastructure customer.
- Guide onboarding, integration, adoption, and operational readiness for the TrendAI cybersecurity platform.
- Conduct security posture reviews, provide configuration and best-practice guidance, and deliver tailored threat intelligence.
- Advise on secure architecture, implementation, steady-state operations, resilience, and continuous security improvement.
- Translate cyber threats, exposure, and platform insights into actionable recommendations for technical teams and senior leadership.
- Represent customer priorities and operational constraints internally across Product, R&D, and Security teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical account management, forward-deployed engineering, technical architecture, or similar roles supporting critical or security-sensitive infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Linux, including RHEL or Ubuntu, Windows Server, and enterprise networking.
- Strong knowledge of VMware vSphere or ESXi and containerized environments; experience with Kubernetes, including Tanzu or TKG.
- Experience with hybrid infrastructure and infrastructure-as-code or automation tools such as Terraform CLI.
- Ability to operate in regulated, high-security environments with a focus on change control, resilience, and secure operations.
- Ability to obtain security clearance is mandatory.
- Fluent English is required.
Nice to have
- Swedish language skills.
- VMware VCP-APP or VCP-DCV, Kubernetes CKA, or Networking CCNA certifications.
