Senior Technical Program Manager, Cluster Operations & Quota Management

Location: Mountain View, California, United States; 4 days per week in-office

Salary: USD $188,000–$304,200 per year in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area; the typical U.S. range is USD $142,800–$274,800 per year.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end implementation of quota and cluster changes across the GPU fleet.
• Prepare and sequence allocation changes, run cluster moves and cycle cutovers, and validate that quota is usable.
• Coordinate capacity provisioning with infrastructure, platform, HPC, and vendor teams.
• Improve tooling for quota, utilization, and idle-capacity visibility and support smooth onboarding of new clusters and tenants.
• Identify cross-functional dependencies, remove blockers, and improve handoffs across research and engineering organizations.
• Drive automation and continuous improvements to make each operating cycle faster and more repeatable.

Requirements

• Significant technical program management experience in infrastructure, platform engineering, or compute-intensive environments.
• Experience improving operating models, identifying process failures, and driving automation and streamlining.
• Ability to coordinate and drive execution across teams without formal authority.
• High agency and a service-oriented mindset.
• Availability to work in the Mountain View office 4 days per week.
