Senior EHS Manager (Biotechnology)

Location: Pennington and Piscataway, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, based on experience level.

What you will do

• Establish, lead, and continuously improve the EHS program for a single-site biologics and cell and gene therapy CDMO.
• Support operations from process development through GMP manufacturing.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Address client and corporate EHS requirements across laboratories, pilot areas, and GMP suites.
• Drive a strong safety culture across the site.

Requirements

• Experience managing EHS programs in biotechnology, biologics, or GMP manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements at federal, state, and local levels.
• Ability to support manufacturing of plasmid DNA, viral vectors, and biologics.
• Bachelor's degree.
