Logistics Technician (Data Center)

Location: Fully on-site in Québec City, Quebec, Canada; periodic business travel to support other metropolitan areas may reach 25%.

Salary: CAD $49,100–$70,300 per year.

What you will do

• Prioritize and assign ticketed work to Data Center Inventory and Asset Technicians and resolve or escalate operational blockers.
• Guide inbound and outbound logistics, including package preparation, documentation, shipment scheduling, and coordination with warehouses, OEM vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain accurate inventory balances and support Inventory and Asset Management activities.
• Manage data-bearing device destruction and shredding schedules, security escalations, and third-party destruction vendors.
• Coordinate procurement activities, purchase orders, contracts, supplier interactions, and escalated delivery issues.
• Lead safety huddles, train employees on safe rack movement, manage warranty/RMA processes, and support shift operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 6 months of experience or an internship in inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check and obtain and maintain Reliability Status screening with the Government of Canada.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs, stand for prolonged periods, lift up to 50 lb/22.5 kg, push or pull up to 75 lb/34 kg with or without assistance, and perform frequent fine hand manipulation.

Nice to have

• More than one year of warehouse or supply chain experience in an IT, technology, or logistics environment.
• Experience operating heavy-load movement equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or chassis lifts.
