Operator (Fintech)

Location: Remote, but candidates must already be based in Hong Kong

What you will do

• Drive CEO-level priorities from problem definition through execution.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines across teams.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Prepare briefs, research notes, updates, meeting follow-ups, and action trackers.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.
• Identify execution gaps, unblock teams, and resolve urgent cross-functional business problems.

Requirements

• Experience as a high-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• Clear writing, structured thinking, strong follow-through, and sound judgement.
• Ability to work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Comfort handling ambiguity, urgent problems, shifting priorities, and unclear scope.
• Ability to keep teams moving without creating unnecessary process.
• Strong English communication and current residence in Hong Kong are required.

Nice to have

• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments.
