What you will do

• Drive CEO priorities from problem definition to execution across multiple teams.
• Track OKRs, decisions, blockers, owners, and deadlines.
• Support licensing applications, country expansion, hiring, partnerships, and strategic projects.
• Prepare briefs, updates, research notes, and action trackers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, finance, legal, compliance, operations, and country teams.
• Identify and close execution gaps and own urgent cross-departmental business problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Hong Kong.
• Strong English communication skills required.
• High-ownership business generalist with strong execution discipline.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity, urgent problems, and shifting priorities.
• Experience in startups, consulting, operations, strategy, fintech, or founder-led environments is a strong advantage.
