Earn Product Operations & User Growth (Web3)

Binance operates Earn products focused on crypto, DeFi, lending, and borrowing mechanisms.

What you will do

• Plan and execute growth initiatives, user acquisition campaigns, and product communications for Earn products.
• Develop collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings and ecosystem reach.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, KOL/Affiliate, and external partner teams to execute campaigns and operate products.
• Monitor daily product performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate resolutions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track campaign effectiveness using data, user insights, and feedback while working toward KPIs and growth targets.
• Support VIP and institutional client management and onboarding for Earn products.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto, fintech, traditional finance, or internet platforms.
• Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, traditional finance products, DeFi ecosystems, and lending and borrowing mechanisms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and user feedback to optimize performance.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and external partner coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with strong responsibility and results orientation.

• Experience working with VIP or institutional clients.
• Experience with Flexible Simple Earn and Loan products.
