Associate Spine Specialist

What you will do

• Support the Spine Territory Manager with territory coverage, inventory management, field calls, and account issue resolution.
• Promote, sell, and service hirify.global spine products and services through strategic customer calls.
• Attend surgeries, operating room visits, surgeon speaker programs, and formal sales training to build product expertise.
• Work toward assigned sales goals and objectives while developing the customer base and increasing product market share.
• Provide feedback on product development opportunities, target accounts, sales performance, and market conditions.
• Follow company quality policies, compliance requirements, confidentiality standards, and applicable laws and industry codes.

Requirements

• One to two years of successful spine sales experience preferred; healthcare-related or business-to-business sales experience may be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business.
• Strong understanding of spinal anatomy.
• Exemplary listening, communication, and influencing abilities.
• Ability to deliver sales presentations with positive results.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including nights and weekends.
