What you will do

• Translate complex scientific technologies into clear customer value propositions.
• Develop go-to-market strategies and drive adoption and revenue growth across global markets.
• Own the product lifecycle for the sample collection and preservation portfolio.
• Gather market insight and use it to guide commercialization decisions.
• Develop business cases, product messaging, and sales enablement materials.
• Partner with R&D, sales, operations, and commercial strategy stakeholders to align launches and portfolio growth.

Requirements

• Experience translating scientific or technical innovations into market-facing value propositions.
• Experience with product commercialization, portfolio management, or go-to-market strategy.
• Ability to analyze market needs and develop business cases.
• Ability to lead cross-functional alignment across R&D, sales, operations, and commercial teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Tustin, California.
