Banking Centre Leader II

Location: Delhi, Ontario, Canada; on-site full-time. The role may require work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Lead a team of banking leaders, advisors, and representatives to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Hire, coach, develop, and support employees to achieve team goals and deepen client relationships.
• Monitor banking centre performance and implement action plans to address gaps.
• Build new and existing client relationships, support financial needs, and develop community connections.
• Identify market opportunities, fuel sustainable revenue growth, and manage risk.
• Resolve or escalate client complaints while maintaining a high standard of service.

Requirements

• Experience providing coaching and hands-on support to help teams meet goals.
• Current accreditation and good standing with a Mutual Funds License through the Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada.
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada at the specified location; a valid work or study permit may be required.
• Client-first mindset, goal orientation, accountability, and strong relationship-building abilities.
• Flexibility to work banking centre hours, including evenings and weekends, and to travel to nearby banking centres.

Nice to have

• Branch Compliance Officer’s Course (BCO).
• Branch Managers Examination Course (BME).
• Conducts & Practices Handbook (CPH), Wealth Management Essentials (WME), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) certification.
