Associate Director, AI Engagement Manager

Location: Not specified; willingness to travel within the US 10–20% is required.

Compensation: $145,000–$175,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, budget, and location.

What you will do

• Identify and support AI integration across ideation, production, approval, and distribution workflows with creative operations, production, and brand teams.
• Lead day-to-day delivery coordination between AI engineers, client execution teams, technology partners, and enterprise accounts.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and manage Jira tickets, user stories, backlog grooming, schedules, milestones, and delivery documentation.
• Develop and lead training materials, workshops, enablement programs, and rollout support for client teams adopting GenAI solutions.
• Provide status reports, executive dashboards, and presentations covering progress, risks, and business impact.
• Monitor adoption metrics and user engagement, adjusting implementation strategies to improve value realization.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience in business consulting, digital strategy, agile software development, enterprise software, or AI/ML.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI or automation to complex enterprise workflows, including content supply chains or marketing operations.
• Experience leading Agile Scrum projects and development teams, with strong knowledge of Jira, Miro, Confluence, and SharePoint.
• Experience designing pilots, proofs of concept, and roadmaps tied to business cases and measurable KPIs.
• Familiarity with DAM, CMS, Workfront, CDP, workflow automation, orchestration, and creative technologies.
• Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to build consensus across complex organizations.

• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express, Firefly, Firefly Services, and GenStudio for Performance Marketing.
• Experience collaborating with Adobe account teams and implementation partners.
