Senior Software Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: On-site in Sunnyvale, California

Salary: $194,000 – $233,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and orchestrate Zero Trust Segmentation at the application and pod level.
• Enhance and integrate with modern container platforms including Kubernetes, Istio, OpenShift, AKS, EKS, and GKE.
• Design critical features and subsystems, ensuring they are scalable, stable, and secure.
• Mentor junior engineers, new-grads, and interns to support team growth.
• Collaborate with field organizations and customers to refine product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience building distributed and scalable software systems.
• Proficiency in at least one high-level language such as Go, Python, or Java.
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, networking (TCP/IP), and debugging.
• Experience working in a Unix/Linux programming environment.
• Must be capable of serving in compliance with U.S. export controls.
