Marketing Automation Specialist (GoHighLevel)

Location: Remote from any location; shift from 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time, aligned with 8:00 AM–5:00 PM PST

What you will do

• Design campaign strategies, including target audiences, messaging, and funnel flows.
• Build GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and triggers.
• Set up GHL snapshots and SaaS mode for new accounts.
• Automate lead tagging, scoring, and routing to Sales.
• Monitor automation performance and improve campaigns using real data.
• Maintain clean CRM records across GoHighLevel and the team.

Requirements

• At least one year of hands-on GoHighLevel experience building workflows, pipelines, and triggers.
• Ability to develop campaign strategy, not only execute predefined instructions.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented approach to monitoring and troubleshooting automations.
• Clear written communication skills.
• Availability for the 11:00 PM–8:00 AM Philippine Time shift.
