Marketing Coordinator (LinkedIn, GoHighLevel & Marketing Operations)

Location: Remote; Philippines listed as the location, with LATAM preferred. Working hours: U.S. business hours.

hirify.global is hiring on behalf of a client for a marketing coordination and operations role focused on LinkedIn campaigns, CRM systems, content organization, and executive support.

What you will do

• Execute LinkedIn marketing campaigns, outreach, engagement, lead generation, and performance optimization.
• Manage GoHighLevel workflows, lead activity, campaign setup, follow-ups, and CRM organization.
• Build surveys and forms in Typeform or Jotform and use AI and automation tools to improve execution.
• Organize content libraries and marketing assets, repurpose content, and support marketing and video materials.
• Manage calendars, inboxes, recurring meetings, follow-ups, priorities, tasks, and deadlines for leadership.
• Conduct market, competitor, and audience research and provide organized findings to support positioning and messaging.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing operations, executive support, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and digital campaigns.
• Strong proficiency with GoHighLevel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Typeform or Jotform.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; English proficiency is required.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and independent execution skills.
• Ability to work during U.S. business hours while working remotely; LATAM is preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting founders or senior leadership.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, AI tools, and automation platforms.
• Background in digital marketing, content coordination, or growth.
• Experience with CRM workflows, lead generation systems, video content, or creative coordination.
