NDT Level II / CWI / API (Gamma Radiography)

Location: San Diego office, San Diego, California; must be local to San Diego County or willing to relocate. Travel may extend through Southern California to the Oakland/San Francisco area. U.S. Persons only due to ITAR export-control requirements.

Salary: $25.00–$45.00+ per hour, based on experience and certifications.

What you will do

• Support customers and field projects through NDT and inspection work across multiple methods.
• Conduct inspections using NDT Level II, CWI, and/or API qualifications.
• Collect, manage, and evaluate test data for accuracy and consistency.
• Maintain test results and complete required reports and documentation.
• Work safely in industrial environments, including at heights, in confined spaces, and around operating equipment.
• Work with radiation and hazardous materials while adapting to changing schedules, extended shifts, and travel.

Requirements

• Experience as an NDT Level II technician, CWI, and/or API inspector; multiple or additional certifications are preferred.
• Gamma radiography experience is required.
• IRRSP certification and/or a state radiographer card is required.
• Official training, on-the-job training, experience-hour records, and supporting documentation for NDT, CWI, and/or API qualifications.
• Ability to read technical documents and engineering specifications, follow precise procedures, use computers for data entry, and communicate effectively.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; successful completion of a drug screen; ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds.
