Business Analyst II (ATM Cash Services)

Location: Lewiston, Maine, United States of America; onsite

Salary: $29.75–$44.50 USD per hour

What you will do

• Lead requirements management and complete work packages for low- to moderate-complexity projects and initiatives.
• Define business needs, analyze impacts, and recommend solutions aligned with customer and business outcomes.
• Document current-state processes and design desired future-state processes with business and technology stakeholders.
• Maintain requirements traceability, prioritize scope changes, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and constraints.
• Collaborate with project managers, sponsors, technology partners, and diverse stakeholders to deliver project requirements.
• Support test script development, quality assurance, implementation, and post-implementation activities.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Sound to advanced knowledge of business analysis and project delivery practices across the project life cycle.
• Experience with requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, communication, and traceability.
• Ability to lead stakeholder discussions, resolve problems, manage change, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
• Ability to work onsite in Lewiston, Maine, United States of America.
