Business Analysis Advisor - Retail Bank Operations

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH, United States

Salary: $75,000–$150,000 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Support reconciliation of payment products within Bank Operations.
• Research, collect, interpret, and document complex business requirements.
• Analyze and improve processes, procedures, workflows, and operational reporting.
• Translate business needs into actionable processes and solutions with business stakeholders, service partners, and technology teams.
• Lead multiple business analysis project activities, including planning, quality assurance, deployment, and effectiveness assessment.
• Mentor and coach associates and maintain policy and procedure documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with business requirements analysis, process modeling, consulting, project management, and management reporting.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, lead meetings, and communicate with senior stakeholders and technology teams.
• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Cleveland, OH; employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with General Ledger processes.
• Agile methodologies and practices.
• Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Waterfall model experience.
