Salary: $5,692.25–$8,179.50 CAD monthly

What you will do

• Lead the administration and delivery of undergraduate and graduate academic programs, including admissions, registration, progression, examinations, and academic records.
• Provide student advising and resolve complex issues related to degree requirements, academic concessions, funding, exchanges, and student support.
• Coordinate curriculum development, course scheduling, enrolment management, and related operational planning.
• Manage student funding, awards, scholarships, fellowships, budgets, and teaching or research assistant appointments.
• Plan recruitment, orientation, engagement, mentorship, professional development, and experiential learning initiatives.
• Supervise program assistants and provide direction, training, and performance feedback to staff and student employees.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline and one to two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in student services, academic advising, higher education administration, or undergraduate and graduate program administration.
• Experience interpreting university policies, procedures, collective agreements, and academic regulations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, financial, project management, problem-solving, communication, conflict resolution, and supervisory skills.
• Experience with student funding, awards, budgets, student appointments, academic scheduling, enrolment management, and student information systems.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday Student, Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Office, and Excel-based data analysis.
