Program Manager, Deputy

Location: Stratford, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 82,000–95,000 per year

What you will do

• Support program plans covering project timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Coordinate multiple projects within one or more programs.
• Define, launch, and drive strategic and operational initiatives.
• Resolve issues, escalate risks when needed, and support successful program execution.
• Develop change-management methods, documentation libraries, communication plans, and process training.
• Establish standards and processes for scheduling, administration, and accounting.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Collaborative approach with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project management, negotiation, transaction structuring, and strategic planning skills.
• Additional security screening may be required for access to export-controlled information.
