Director of Analytics & Reporting (Healthcare)

Location: Remote in the US, aligned with Eastern Time working hours; periodic travel to hirify.global offices may be required.

hirify.global is rebuilding cardiology care through clinical expertise, technology, data, operational tools, and AI-enabled solutions for independent cardiologists and value-based care programs.

What you will do

• Build and own hirify.global’s central analytics and reporting function as a hands-on, player-coach leader.
• Define and govern metrics and quality standards across claims and operational data.
• Build a semantic layer used by internal applications, executive reporting, and AI-assisted analysis.
• Produce recurring board, executive, and payer reporting packages.
• Establish SLA and contract-performance tracking with early risk warnings.
• Develop clinical analytics for quality measures, care gaps, medication adherence, utilization, cost, and risk stratification.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, including ownership of an analytics or reporting function.
• Direct experience with value-based care, risk contracts, shared savings, total cost of care, and quality reporting.
• Experience maintaining consistent metric definitions across applications, executive presentations, and payer submissions.
• Experience building executive- and board-level reporting and delivering payer reporting against contractual specifications.
• Experience creating a reporting function from scratch and working hands-on with SQL and data models.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Tuva healthcare data model or another open-source claims model.
