Senior Product Strategist (Education)

What you will do

• Define product vision, positioning, strategy, and roadmaps for the RethinkEd and Vizzle portfolios.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, competitive opportunities, and growth areas.
• Build business cases based on market potential, customer value, measurable outcomes, and business impact.
• Translate insights from educators, school leaders, research, feedback, and product data into product priorities.
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to shape products and go-to-market strategy.
• Use AI tools to research, prototype, validate, and improve product experiences for school professionals.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience and deep expertise in K–12 education, student wellness, behavioral health, or student-support systems.
• Experience shaping products and product strategy in K–12 education technology.
• Strong understanding of school and district operations and collaboration among educators, counselors, psychologists, social workers, behavioral specialists, administrators, and district leaders.
• Track record of converting market and customer insights into successful products, strategic investments, or measurable growth.
• Strong communication, analytical, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of AI tools and enthusiasm for an AI-based development lifecycle and AI-native products.

Nice to have

• Experience working in or closely with schools, districts, or student-support teams.
• Experience with MTSS, school-based mental health, universal screening, prevention, intervention, or progress monitoring.
• Advanced education in education, psychology, counseling, social work, behavioral health, public health, or a related field.
• Established relationships or recognized expertise in K–12 SEL, mental health, or education technology.
