Senior Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define product strategy and make prioritization decisions for ambiguous, high-impact areas.
• Own complex cross-surface initiatives from diagnosis through delivery.
• Use the product as a real user to identify issues and improve the experience.
• Co-own activation, engagement, retention, and expansion metrics and focus work on high-leverage opportunities.
• Lead discovery across users, customers, CX, Sales, and internal teams, translating research, usage data, and market context into product direction.
• Partner cross-functionally, improve product consistency and accessibility across user groups, and raise the standard of product thinking.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, including senior individual-contributor work with significant scope and ambiguity.
• Experience at a product-led company and a strong understanding of product-led growth, activation, onboarding, retention, and revenue levers.
• Strong product judgment, ownership, urgency, and written thinking.
• Technical fluency sufficient to discuss tradeoffs with engineers; familiarity with developer tools and AI products is valuable.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills are required; English is the primary working language.
• A college degree is not required.

Nice to have

• Experience building developer tools, AI products, or other technical products for technical audiences.
• Ability to build rough prototypes independently to validate and communicate ideas.
