What you will do

• Manage multiple action-figure and other product development projects from concept through production while maintaining cost and schedule targets.
• Develop, maintain, and drive schedules for worldwide products and coordinate with overseas development, tooling, manufacturing, and external development sources.
• Troubleshoot production-level samples, identify defects, improve mechanisms, and support end-consumer product satisfaction.
• Review concept sketches and support preliminary product design, engineering, materials, methods, and process decisions.
• Develop cost estimates and financial analyses, examine component value, and optimize products within selling price, margin, quality, and material constraints.
• Act as a liaison between El Segundo and overseas teams while collaborating with Design, Packaging, Marketing, Manufacturing, Product Integrity, Engineering, and other functions.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• 0–2 years of relevant project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, make quick decisions, and solve problems effectively.
• Comfort leading cross-functional teams and building relationships with customers and partners.
• Excellent organizational skills and comfort working with systems and data entry.
• Curiosity, continuous learning, and a demonstrated growth mindset.
