Logistics Clerk (Tool Crib Operator)

What you will do

• Issue, receive, deliver, and track tools, fixtures, and calibration assets for internal departments and external vendors.
• Deliver calibration-due assets to Metrology and maintain calibration records, revision forms, extensions, priority forms, and WRS requests.
• Enter and verify asset data in IndySoft and eQuip, monitor daily movement in Excel, and submit weekly inventory reports.
• Help locate government assets and support the property team with inventory control.
• Assist customers with humidity monitors, dry box meters, gauges, and other equipment in cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments.
• Handle and document HTOP equipment and processes, including hot plates, high vacuum systems, ultrasonic cleaners, DI water systems, extractors, and dryers.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic technical skills and ability to handle tools and calibration equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs without assistance.
• Ability to walk frequently, stand for extended periods, work across buildings, and follow safety and contamination-control protocols.
• Schedule flexibility, including occasional overtime and weekend support.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SAP, IndySoft, or eQuip.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
