Location: Must be based in London, UK. This is a full-time, studio-based role (5 days per week).

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end production function from greenlight through delivery.
• Manage commercial performance, including budgets, forecasts, and margins across the project slate.
• Oversee in-house post-production pipelines and studio/sound stage operations.
• Lead and coach a production leadership team of 7, with 20-25 total direct and indirect reports.
• Establish workflows for high-velocity social/YouTube content alongside traditional broadcast work.
• Ensure compliance with business affairs, licensing, and health & safety standards.

Requirements

• Significant senior production leadership experience within a creative, film, or TV studio.
• Proven fluency across the full production and post-production pipeline.
• Experience running social-first and YouTube production at volume alongside high-craft stage work.
• Hands-on experience managing a physical studio facility or sound stage.
• Track record of leading and developing teams of 20+ across multiple disciplines.
• Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, margin management, and resource planning.

Nice to have

• Experience across both brand-funded and original/IP-led content.
• Direct experience with creator-led production models.
• Albert certification or sustainable production accreditation.
