What you will do

• Maintain unified artistic direction and high creative standards in 3D CGI for consumer electronics and premium brands.
• Lead development and process of CGI work from inception to delivery through creative problem-solving.
• Establish quality control, provide creative governance, and manage resourcing and talent.
• Communicate project status, timelines, and goals to cross-functional teams including Creative Directors and artists.
• Partner with designers, retouchers, and CGI artists to bridge client needs, creative direction, and final delivery.
• Develop campaign visuals, participate in brainstorming, and stay current with trends and AI innovations.

Requirements

• 6+ years as CGI Generalist, 4+ years in CPG content production.
• Expertise in Maya, Houdini, C4D, Nuke; rendering with Vray, Redshift; Adobe and Substance suite.
• Deep knowledge of CGI pipeline: modeling, UV unwrapping, texturing, lighting, rendering, compositing, retouching.
• High-end product lighting, high-poly meshes, and performance-constrained workflows.
• Strong collaboration across global teams, decision-making, communication, and multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Well-rounded portfolio in campaign development across print, digital, social, and motion.

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and AI tools.
