Lead CGI Artist Generalist (CGI)

What you will do

• Lead the collaborative development of 3D CGI product and packaging projects from inception through final delivery.
• Maintain artistic direction, creative standards, and quality control throughout the CGI production process.
• Develop campaign visuals and design directions across print, digital, social, and motion formats.
• Coordinate with Creative Directors, Designers, Retouchers, CGI Artists, and post-production teams to keep projects on schedule.
• Manage production expectations, talent, resourcing, project status, priorities, and timelines.
• Explore emerging technologies and AI tools to advance visual content production.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in CGI as a Generalist, including 4+ years producing CPG-focused content.
• Extensive 3D artist experience with Maya, Houdini, C4D, Nuke, V-Ray, Redshift, and Karma.
• Deep understanding of modeling, compositing, texturing, lighting, rendering, retouching, UV unwrapping, and high-poly meshes.
• Strong experience in high-end product lighting and compositing, with generalist expertise in Maya and Nuke.
• Portfolio demonstrating campaign development across different communication spaces, mediums, and approaches.
• Strong communication, decision-making, collaboration, file-management, and quality-control skills in fast-paced production environments.
